<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%">Job Description</span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:18.0pt"><ul><li>Take a senior
role in finance management accounting with strong desire to lead and advance</li><li>Manage monthly finance
closing, including monthly actual figure provided by FA team and prepare month end
accrual based on latest forecast</li><li>Perform monthly
financial reports in Synapse and prepare FC report or other reports for various business
analysis</li><li>Lead and manage
strategic plan, spring review, autumn review/budget and RF</li><li>Closely work
with show teams to understand business and perform ad-hoc analysis</li><li>Manage show
pricing proposal and show set up related issue</li><li>Develop,
implement, and enforce policies and procedures for finance related functions,
which are line with the group company’s policies and are also in accordance
with management requirements of China</li><li>Develop
financial models and reporting templates to facilitate financial reporting and
analysis</li><li>Act as team
leader to perform share service effectively and efficiently, arrange relevant
training to different team staff to make sure they are eligible for the
responsibilities</li><li>Other ad-hoc
projects assigned by senior finance manager</li></ul></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span lang="EN-US">Qualification</span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:18.0pt"><ul><li>A bachelor or
senior degree in finance, accounting or a related field</li><li>Over 8 years accounting
and analytical experience required, at least 2 years in managerial level,
preferably with a related industry and with a multi-national company</li><li>Fluent oral and
written English</li><li>Outstanding communication,
analytical, planning and teamwork skills</li><li>Able to work
effectively under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong Excel knowledge,
knowledge of system such as Sun, Oracle, Hyperion is a plus</li></ul></p>
