JD: 1.Scoping - Evaluated and provided accurate estimates and recommendations on scope, schedule, resources (for example, people, physical assets, and budget), compromises, risks, and impact on other business groups or projects, which met business requirements set and managed expectations with stakeholders.    
2.Project Management -  Collaborate with multiple stakeholders from different functions, on all issues related to program acceptance, and facilitate selection of the solution, which result in improved decision making. Create detailed project plans that accurately identify all stakeholders and dependencies, and create accurate schedules with milestones, which result in as-forecast and successful completion of programs of large scope, risk, and complexity. Assist in assessing requirements for resources (for example, people, physical assets, and budget), including identifying resources outside of the business group or Microsoft. 
3.Communication - Keep supervisors updated by providing timely and complete key findings/insights , project status as needed. Contribute his/her point of view to the decision-making process by providing supporting information and perspective, which result in improved decision making.  Facilitate meetings by balancing task orientation with discussion and by documenting action items and decisions, which result in effective meetings
