I'm non-work experienced person; therefore, I'm not sure about whether what I say is right.<br />
<br />
The cost spending is the first big issue needs to be considered in the Chinese companies. The Chinese companies always want to find a person who can fix everything. And a specialist may cost more on the payment. <br />
<br />
The other side, I think the national conditions in China is difference comparing with other western countries. Such as the traditional culture determines a totally different management style in China (Bossy). See, most Chinese companies including the foreign enterprises, they don't put the employee as the core, both in the development of the employee themselves and the whole organization. The Chinese companies need to pay more attention to the problem both from the internal and external environments. Many famous cases have showed the management problems. But how many companies can find what problems they have and what they can learn from that? As I know, many companies are laying off employees during these months.<ins class="modify">[本话题由 马文颖 于 2013-03-16 19:57:54 编辑]</ins>
