Is the working experience so important for the organization?
As I know, most European organizations preferred non-work experienced students join to their companies. The reason is simple. They think that those students are more easier and faster fitting<br>in the organization's culture. <div><br></div><div>But, When I applied a basic position and sent my CV to a Sweden company, which located in Beijing. They read my CV and said they need a person who had more experiences. They even don't want spend a time on an interview.</div><div><br></div><div>Is that because they want to survive in China so that they have to follow the "rules"? </div><div><br></div><div>People told me that the work experience just a excuse. I have to learn how to "sell" myself.</div><div><br></div><div>However, I even don't have a chance to "sell" myself, at least, from an interview. I "Sell" myself in my CV. But look at the result. </div><div><br></div><div>Now, I'm lost.</div><div><br></div><div>Anyone can help me?</div>
