岗位职责：
Function:
? This position oversees IT operations including network & telecom infrastructure, system administration, database management,server room management; helpdesk and customer care
? Administrate (Maintain, upgrade, troubleshoot) network equipment including servers, firewall, switch, router, etc), Server room expansion and upgrade, manage ISP and other dedication network connection.
? Set up and optimize IT security solutions, monitor data backup and restore to insure data availability and integrity,
? Involved in planning and execution of disaster recovery and Business Continuity Plan.
? Design, document, implement and optimize IT-related standardsand operating procedures.
? Lead individual ITteammembers; provide IT support to technical and administrative departments of the company. Interacts with internal and external clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides timely responses
? Interact with senior management in Beijing and US for IT strategies to participate in companywide projects.
? Direct firsthandexperience with following relevant system: HP and Dell servers, HP tape backup system, CISCO 2960S, 3560 and ASA firewall, iSCSI storage architecture. Also, be familiar with the following software environment, Microsoft Windows 2008 Server, HyperV cluster, MS SQL cluster, Lync and Exchange. Familiar with VMware, CITRIX terminal server, and other virtualization technology is a plus.

任职资格的具体描述：
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or Math.
? Minimum 7 years of work experience in IT field; must have strong Cisco network experience, Cisco related certification is a plus
? Have proven ability of solving complicated IT issues independently, also can provide technical guidance to junior IT staff
? Must have broad knowledge of IT in general and keeps up with the advances of IT technologies
? Requires English skill at native speaking level, also needs to be able to read, write and speak mandarin Chinese
? May require travel to the USA and other countries for face to face customer meetings
