Responsibilities:
- Monitor new plant construction according to our construction work schedule
- Subcontractor management, such as quality management, schedule follow up and safety management
- Budget control
- Workshop equipment and Pipe installation AUTOCAD layout
- Some project design and follow up
- Technical specification for some area
- Other things Manager assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with major in Construction or equivalent
- More than 3 years experience in construction, preferably in multinational company
- Experience of factory installation of machinery
- Experience from consulting company, design and calculation
- Good AutoCAD- education
- Must be able to show some examples with layout work, pipe installations
- Can work under pressure
- Knowledge of construction budget
- Good coordination, interpersonal and communication skills
- Team Work
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Good command of PC skills
