• Business Rhythms (mainly focusing on OEM, also cover CCG)
• Maintain rhythm of weekly/monthly business reviews – reports, follow up, results tracking
• Weekly/Monthly rhythm of forecast reviews and forecast formulation
• Monitoring of OEM SBC inventory levels
• Monthly reporting deck
• Assist with P&L Management
• P&L management including accruals, forecast, approvals of spend/payouts and monitoring – all line items
• Headcount tracking and Position number gatekeeper
• Rebates accruals, payouts & true ups
• Channel reserves monitoring
• Assist with budgeting and mid-year review
• Forecast Tool (PlanCast) Management: input forecast.
• Operations
• Rebate
• Rebate program formulation, assessment against budget
• Rebate computations for payouts
• Quarterly Rebate review
• Approval of rebate programs
• Monitoring MNA allocations and follow up with Corp. and AM on issues
• Special projects
• Assist with modeling work around China Strategy
• Controls & compliance
• Assist with C&C projects if needed.
Job requirements:
1. Prefer oversea experiences or education.
2. Prefer prior Microsoft experiences.
3. Prefer someone with FP&A and variance analysis experience or strongly interested or at least being exposed to FP&A.
4. Must be very strong in Excel, very good at pivot tables, this is a must.
5. Should possess good English skills: be excellent in written English (email), be good at oral English.
6. Pervious job must be held at least 1.5 years, someone with strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
