Your key accountabilities
- Manage and coordinate the implementation of projects and initiatives including fund launches, corporate actions, new process transitions, system enhancement, and all other operational related initiatives
- Manage trainings for Dalian Operations
- Promote and drive process improvements for whole Dalian Operations, including managing the process improvement work flow, leading and coaching process improvement projects, generating and reviewing the process improvement reports, conducting trainings and managing certification programs
- Support Dalian Operations management team on people development programs
- Continuously enhance, maintain and increase the utilization of Dalian operations knowledge database
- Design and manage data collection and reporting process, including report format design, improvement, automation and working with the different teams to ensure all management dashboards and statistical reports are written professionally and submitted on time
- Monitor the issue logs to ensure they are completed on time and accurately
- Coordinate or manage business contingency planning and implementation including DR site setup or test, BCP drills and related maintenance, call tree update
- Support on Dalian Operations cost analysis and reduction initiatives
- Support for overall coordination of audit and compliance review on Dalian Operations
- Manage the team to support on system access right controls, provide the coordination for Dalian Operations seating arrangement, tracking of Overtime, leave record, organization chart updates, etc.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager
Your skills and experience
- Strong project management skills. Minimum of 3 years of diverse experiences in managing different size/type of projects with full cycle of project management process from initiation to closure
- Strong process improvement experience, be familiar with Lean or Six Sigma methodology
- Operations management experience, at least more than 2 years of managing service operations for more than 2 type of processes
- Good people management skills, ever managed a team of more than 5 staff for more than 2 years
- Strong English communication skills both in business documentation and verbal communication
- Good presentation skills, able to present well to various stakeholders including senior management team
- At least more than 8 years of working experience
- Good Japanese communication skills
- Familiar with PMI project management methodology and PMP certified is preferred
- Black Belt certified
