一、高级C++开发工程师：
 
全日制本科以上学历，计算机、软件相关专业；
至少五年以上踏踏实实做C++
在工作中实现过设计模式
做过多线程, 做过服务器开发
英语能良好运用，听说读写优秀
 
 
SWDesign role:
Maintasks:
− Requirementsanalysis and SW design
− SWarchitecture design
− SWimplementation
− Basic/Unittest
− TroubleReport handling
Competencerequirements:
− AdvancedC/C++ or Java
− Objectoriented development
− Statemachine design
− Protocoldesign
− Designtest techniques and tools (Basic/Unit test)
 
二、高级功能测试工程师：
 
全日制本科以上学历，计算机、软件相关专业；
至少五年以上从事测试工作（有开发测试经验者优先）；
熟悉通信协议；
熟悉功能测试、自动化测试（熟悉TTCN者优先）
英语能良好运用，听说读写优秀
 
 
FunctionTest role:
Maintasks:
− Testanalysis
− Functionalrequirement conformance verification
− Participatein test reviews
− Providetest reports
− Troubleshootfunctional problems
− Troublereporting
− AutomationFunction Test
− Preintegration Test
Competencerequirements:
− Testtechniques, methods and tools
− GoodLinux competence
− Goodnetwork competence
− Goodprogramming skills (preferably with TTCN)
 
以上职位都需具备条件:
− Git for version control
− IPv4 and IPv6 Networks
− Linux
− Mobile network knowledge (2G, 3G and LTE)
− Agile ways of working (Scrum, XP, etc.)
− Good spoken and written English
