Title : Media Planning Manager 媒介策划经理
Responsibilities:
- Lead assigned clients' digital media operation including planning, buying, research and consulting
- Provide in-depth analysis and reports, contributing strategic thinking in digital marketing
- Identify and reach out to new business opportunities for Neo@Ogilvy per business request
- Set policies and procedures related to planning and negotiation with media including terms and conditions
- Manage and oversee the Team, providing necessary training
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years experience in digital media and internet industry in China
- 3+ years experience in managing global brands and understands the complexity of working with global and regional teams
- Track record of managing operations and a team
- Strong in communication and negotiation with media partners and publishers
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin, able to handle presentations in English
- Positive attitude and adaptability to a hectic environment, good at managing work stress
- Experience in Technology sector will be a plus
