a. develop market knowledge, knowledge of institutions and their activities in China, b. become extremely proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, c. develop your skills in such areas as presentations, sales, influencing others, etc. - Assist Managing Program Officer with coordination of his or her role.
- Directly assist the Managing Program Officer and four to six other Program Officers within your Team in the execution of their plans on behalf of their customers.
- Directly monitor social media channels for mentions of customers within the Team.
- Accompany Customer personnel in China on official visits, as needed.
- Assist with receipt tracking and expense reporting for the program officers in the Team.
- Coordinate printing and other activities on behalf of customers in the Team.
Qualifications:- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in management or marketing,
- 3 years or more working experience in managing marketing channels/projects/ or recruitment. (experience in the Australian’s division of an educational agency is preferred)
- Be smart, ambitious and strategic.
- Detail orientated, strong planning and time management skills, outgoing personality.
- Strong communication skills, proficient in spoken and written English.
- Travel within China is a requirement.
