Sr. Cash Product Manager 职责描述 Responsible for the planning, development and maintenance of local cash products in China including delivery channels, receivables and payments and liquidity management
1. Develop business strategies and define development initiatives to position our products in China 2. Work with Group TB Product Management Team to enhance existing products or develop new products, based on customer needs, competitor benchmarking, and market research. 3. Work closely with T&O to define product requirements and ensure the integrity of final delivered solutions, processes and documentation. 4. Address day-to-day business process matters such as technical support, operational issues, client service support, legal documentation, etc. 5. Ensure clear understanding of our product capabilities across various customer touch-points, including sales, relationship managers, implementation, etc. through proactive communications program, internal workshops, seminars, etc. 6. Manage unit cost dynamics 7. Support Sales calls and participate in response to RFPs from customers where required

Sr. Trade Product Manager 职责描述 • Develop standard product pricing policies • Keeping pulse on importers’ and exporters’ evolving banking needs and package core services to meet those needs • Prioritize, drive & execute product initiatives and one-off programs with stakeholders to promote adoption by customers • Ensure that all product solutions are aligned with regulatory requirements • Create product awareness and conduct training programs for sales and customer support • Work with Marketing to develop standard sales kits, printed brochures and other relevant sales tools for sales team • Rollout trade campaigns to drive revenue for different segments • Provide product/technical expertise support during sales road shows and customer focus group discussions • Engage product partners, i.e. Ops, Legal, Credit, Compliance etc., to achieve product goals • Perform regular product/market analysis • Understand and manage trade data for management reporting as well as to understand the trend to generate potential sales leads/industry (data mining) for sales team • Good grounding on processing methodologies, GL entries, facilities structuring, trade systems and Basel concept

Internal Audit - Treasury Business 职责描述 1. One of the key team members to focus on the audit of Treasury Business & Operations 2. Participate in the development and maintenance of audit programs according to identified key audit risks and audit objectives. 3. Lead Reviewer to deliver audit projects based on the timelines, budgets and the required standards and provide values to the bank. 4. Document and keep track of audit work-papers in a timely manner and in accordance with the established standards to the documentation of internal controls, audit tests, results and conclusions. 5. Draft concise and precise audit reports and follow up the business issues till the final closure. 6. Present constructive recommendations to management. 7. Stay abreast with local regulatory changes and assess their input on audit coverage requirements. 8. Other assignments as required.
职位要求 Minimum 6 years work experience in banking industry audit (focusing on Treasury Audit in a bank’s Internal Audit Function is a plus) Good overall understanding of risk management and controls Knowledge of Audit Methodology and Internal Audit Standards Strong analytical skills, able to determine the root cause of business issues and recommend constructive and cost-effective solutions Strong capability to establish effective working relationships and influence others Able to handle concurrent assignments in a fast-paced environment Be familiar with financial market and with proactive awareness on the market trends (Rich experience on personal financial investment is a plus) Professional, acts with integrity and honesty Self-motivated, enthusiastic and takes initiatives Excellent ability in writing English and Chinese Relevant degrees; professional certifications such as CIA will be advantageous
