MTA Network is a newly established business that was legally founded in September 2014. It is one of the first businesses in china to be solely founded and managed by foreigners and is purpose is to help Foreigners in china as well as prepare and lead Chinese persons to go abroad.
MTA Network is an Expat Support Company as well as an Educational Support Company; it deals with both foreign markets and Chinese this means that most staff members MUST have a good level of English and understand that they will need to practice this in day to day situations.
Job Role
The Visa Administrator essential role will be to communicate, co-ordinate between clients and partner companies to oversee the visa application process and to help with Market research.
The Visa Administrator member has specific responsibilities these include.
· Administrating and over seeing the processing of visa applications
· Talking to clients via phone wechat or face to face to maintain communication
· To co-ordinate and to work with partner companies to process the maximum number of clients.
· Helping Marketing and contacting existing and new clients on a day to day basis
· Creating The MT Agency welcome pack and contributing to new initiatives.
Payment
The salary for this position will be 1000 per month, after if the performance and character is suitable for this role, the arrangements for a one year contract can be discussed.
Additionally there will be department commissions which will be discussed upon interview; however MTA Network wants to reward any productive staff member with a bonus with direct correspondence with performance.
The Visa administrator will first have an interview with the Visa Manager 郭舒 and a second interview from the branch manager Marcus Chaddock.
The Interview times will be held between the 19th of November to the 10th of December and to start the Job on the 12th of December.
