Position: 现场招聘顾问 On Site Recruitment Consultant

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand client hiring needs and develop detailed needs analysis profile.
Well-engaged with client HRBP and hiring manager.
Coordinate multi-sourcing channel activities.
Achieve annual recruitment target and SLA fill-rate.
Managing H/C requisitions and staffing process.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree or above, major in HR or related.
Solid understanding of recruitment project management.
Highly client focused with a consultative approach.
Confident, well presented, good interpersonal skills with a pro-active approach to finding client solutions.
Minimum 2-3 years postgraduate work experience with 1 years in recruitment function, either in internal company recruitment (HR) and/or recruitment consulting experience.
Team player with Friendly personality.
