Account Mgr
Responsibilities: Account Management (30%): Build and maintain the business relationship with accounts, develop the tactical business plan, manage the account growth, develop and execute the proper product assortment plan, strengthen the resource and procedure of accounts, conduct the seasonal monthly business review with accounts, provide the daily support and solve problems, monitor the credit exposure, track Nike’s & key competitors performance of the account.
Channel Development (30%): Develop new customers and channels via understanding the territory and the trade and make the distribution mapping; increase the current POS productivity; renovate and upgrade stores; select best locations for POS.
Sales Process (20%): Make regular reports (monthly POS sales report, product sell-through report, account stock-to-sales ratio report, account inventory structure report, etc.), participate in sales process (forecasting and assortment planning process, sales meetings, etc.), and organize sell-in activities.
Business Analysis (15%): Analyze business performance; provide suggestions to customers, and make the action plan.
Market Intelligence (5%): Provide monthly competitors’ information; provide feedback on marketing campaign effects.
Minimum requirements: At least 3 years sales experiences on retail/store management in FMCG or retail industry is a must. 4-year Bachlor Degree or above Excellent communication skill in both English and Chinese; Cantonese is required for South China region.
