职位概述：

To review and establish necessary procedures to achieve adequate internal control environment in the various operations and locations of the company.
To carry out periodic checks and audits against established procedures to ensure compliance and to identify weaknesses or areas that require updating or setting up of new procedures and standards.
To ensure processes are in place to act as self-checks and detection of any fraudulent conducts and to bring these to the attention and action of the senior management. |
工作职责：
To review and obtain thorough understanding of the various operations of the company and to identify existing procedures and processes. To evaluate these procedures for adequacy and to update accordingly. To create and set up new procedures where necessary and to have the procedures reviewed and approved by senior management, and then implement the procedures by ensuring proper and adequate communication with relevant employees and departments. To carry out periodic reviews and audit of the processes against established procedures to determine compliance, and to facilitate detection of any improper or fraudulent conducts to be brought to account and action by the senior management.
任职要求
|
5 or more years internal control experience preferably with 2 to 3 years in one of the big 4's.
Able to grasp the commercial and business aspects of the company processes.
Experienced in writing up new procedures in English and Chinese.
Prepared to spend time in the factory in Pingdu, Dezhou and any other locations as necessary. | 薪资待遇：年薪30-40万 |
