Report to: GM Germany
Job Profile:
- Lead and control the day-to-day activities of the plant to achieve the financial and operating objectives set by the overall corporate business plan.
- Develop and implement various measures to ensure the quality, cost reduction and effectiveness of the production; ensure the customer satisfaction.
- Lead and develop a team of managers considering the short-term and long-term human resource needs.
Requirements：
- Bachelor degree or above major in mechanical engineering or relevant field
- Experienced in leading middle-sized operation team (100-200 people) in foreign invested company
- Experienced in production management
- Strong knowledge in quality assurance, maintenance, logistic and project management
- Good knowledge in finance and HR
- Good English and German in oral and written
