Position 1: Japanese Customer Service Executive (Beijing)
Major Responsibilities:
1. Ensure incoming calls are answered promptly, appropriately and courteously;
2. To ensure adherence to standard Customer Service Standards and Procedures set by Company or Client;
3. Provide quality assistance service solutions to the customers.
We Seek for Candidates with the Followings Attributes
1.  assinate about customer service, good communication skill and result-driven oriented
2. Native Japanese, fluent English and workable Chinese. Be familiar with Japanse culture, experience of living in Japan is a must.
3. Experience in customer service an advantage
Position 2: Japanese Customer Service Representative (Dalian)
日语客户服务代表（大连）
Major Responsibilities:
主要工作职责：
1. Standby at home, and go to client when needed.
在家备班，必要时需拜访客户。
2.Interacts with clients, accompany the patient between departure location to destination.
与客户保持联系。在病患需要时提供现场翻译。
3. Assist in building the presence and image of Intl.SOS in and around Dalian.
协助公司在大连建立客户联系及公司形象。
4. Accompanying Sales and Marketing teams to client visits as and when required under the direction of the manager。
必要时陪同公司市场营销部的同事进行客户拜访。
We Seek for Candidates with the Followings Attributes
1. Passionate about customer service, good communication skill and result-driven oriented
喜欢客户服务工作，有良好的沟通技巧及结果导向。
