Job Description 酒仙桥 |
• Work directly for the Project Manager and assist the project team as required • Ensure that project databases and spreadsheets are kept up to date (e.g. Time and Attendance, Meeting Rooms, Training, Document Tracking, etc.) and generate reports from databases and spreadsheets. • Maintain Project Files. • Liaise with Service Providers, Contractors and other MSD departments as required. • Liaise with Project Controller and Procurement • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations. • Arranging meetings, maintain project calendars, prepare travel arrangements and reservations. • Assist in the preparation of expense reports for the project staff. • Assist expatriate staff as necessary in orientation to the site and area and resolving issues related to this.
Note that duties / responsibilities can vary from time to time due to the implementation of continuous improvement projects and / or procedural updates.

Job Requirement |
Experience: (Essential/Desirable) • (E) Strong computer skills, with a good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Access. • (E) Capable of working without close supervision and on own initiative. • (E) Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach to task completion. • (E) English / Chinese (fluent in both spoken and written) • (D) Aptitude for figures.
Education: (Essential/Desirable) • (E) Good Leaving Certificate • (E) Secretarial/Computer courses
