Responsibility * Overall purpose of this role is to ensure that the necessary HR Continuity processes and programs are in place to both drive our current performance and build the competencies and talent we need to secure our on-going success. * Execute and improve existing/develop & implement new Learning and Development processes and programs to increase the competence and effectiveness of our human resources * Identify and implement strategies and programs/initiatives to develop our leaders and ensure we have the appropriate talent and capabilities * Align leadership development programs and talent management initiatives with our corporate values, ensure the programs are competitive in the local market, cost efficient and lead to the increased capability of the organization * To create, manage and co-ordinate the China Management Trainee recruitment process from start to finish. * Create targeted list of universities and establish relationship to build the companies awareness and attractiveness * Create and execute job fair/presentation campaign at targeted universities. * Develop media campaign in conjunction with all stakeholders. * Create and manage all expenditure ensuring maximum return on investment. * Manage and co-ordinate the successful implementation of the trainee assessment process with all stakeholders, ensuring the graduates receive the best ever experience of our company. * To work with Senior Director to set and drive the recruitment agenda by assisting with setting policy and standards and managing the recruitment process * To develop and lead the organizational people review (OPR). Implement talent pipeline and succession plan for Asia organization. Assist with training of HR Managers and Staff on use of tools and standard evaluation methods. * Ensure key development plans for High Potential employees are on track and supported to ensure performance throughout the year * Make recommendations for talent management strategy and process to ensure that we have a deep understanding of the talent we have and need for future * Lead and Facilitate “Leading at the company”, “New Employee Orientations”, “Project Management” and “Six Sigma” courses * Develop consistent platform in the company; formulate strategy, communication and training tools to assist VPs, directors, managers & employees with key HR process * Develop strategy and execution plan for 360 reviews and ensure implementation * Act as resource to ensure effective and consistent implementation and delivery of core people processes & programs * Review and finalize annual People Cycle for the company which is aligned with our Zone strategy and optimizes our ability to achieve overall targets & objectives
Requirements? Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of ten years progressive experience in training, with at least 5 in a human resources generalist or OE/OD role ? Five years of experience developing and implementing leadership development programs including global and business unit initiatives to ensure that global learning and leadership development strategy is achieved ? Prior experience playing key role on development of programs/curriculum for various levels of management ? Must have created training metrics and measurements ? While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for periods of time, stand, listen and talk. Computer work is also required.
